Hey, I will try to express myself as briefly as possible.
It's been nearly a year since I decided to go with a nutritionist (I do not know the word, sorry) to get healthier. My weight was 112 kg (and I'm 176 cm tall, so I was very fat, lol) and I lost about 28-29 kg of fat and gained about 6 or 7 kg of muscle.
The thing is that I have lost my motivation, feel very tired at the moment of training and start to eat "bad". My family does not have good eating habits, so they eat tacos and sweet bread and plenty of soda and everything that sometimes stays at home so I get stressed out because my body (or I) wants to eat all that stuff.
Idk, why "being healthier" is no longer a motivation for me … and I do not want to lose the progress of a year.
